Kuma Tea Garden is based in Yame, Fukuoka, where best quality Gyokuro green teas are grown. Proudly family owned, the farm has grown, processed, and sold their tea over 100 years, and won many prestigious awards both in Japan and overseas.

Brewing
Use 5-8 grams (tea spoonful) of tea leaf for a small pot with 100 - 200 ml of water.
Brew with temp. 55 - 80°C (130 - 158°F) water.
Wait for 30 sec to 1 min.
Pour out all the water in the pot.
For 2nd brew on, the water temperature can be slightly higher up to 80°C (158°F).
