Fine, flexible and sturdy, these Washi papers are perfect for both writing and drawing. Each leaf consists of a folded paper so that the ink from brush strokes would not transfer onto the other side. With folded pages, this journal is great as water colour sketchbook, as well as photo album. It would make a perfect gift, guest book, and for personal projects such as collage. 
 
The soft covers are decorated with Yuzen pattern. Yuzen is a word for kimono pattern generally made of various traditional motifs such as flauna & flora, geometric, and household items.
