They look like chocolate pralines, and actually, are made like the sweets called Rakugan, that is mold-pressed icing sugar and starch.

Care
We recommend to let the item air-dried completely after washing up each time.
When the surface of wood started to look dry, apply small amount of plant based oil or beeswax and work in well. Wipe off any excess oil. Air-dry the item completely.
